I was informed of the payment forms that would be acceptable. I was able to schedule the appointment to fix a leaky toilet for the day and time suited to my convenience. I was called when they were on the way and after explaining what he felt was wrong and what he would do to repair it and the overall cost if he found nothing else, he got straight to work and was finished within an hour.
